The congress and exhibition industry, which allows solving a set of marketing problems, today has firmly entered the toolkit of many enterprises. Keeping up with the times, there was a tendency for the widespread use of IT technologies in the management activities of both the exhibitor, congress participant and the organizer of the exhibition or congress event. We ourselves did not notice how artificial intelligence ceased to seem like science fiction and became an everyday phenomenon.

There is a surge in the use of artificial intelligence methods and tools. Artificial intelligence is already able to prompt the desired site for the event faster than a person finds it, recognize guests without invitation and advise interested participants on the program. However, underestimating artificial intelligence is dangerous for business: without introducing smart technologies at the right time, you can lag behind competitors, and if they are used incorrectly, you can lose your capital altogether.
