The International promotion and advertising technologies festival ProMediaTech has started its work

The International promotion and advertising technologies festival ProMediaTech, one of the largest professional events for specialists of the exhibition and event industry, retail segment, e-commerce and MICE in Russia, has been opened today February 24, 2022at Crocus Expo.

The latest developments in the field of business promotion and organization of events are presented on exposition comprising more than 8 000 sq m. About 100 companies from all over Russia (Central Federal District, Northwestern Federal District and Ural Federal District) including demonstration of trends and innovations of the industry, as well as examples of successful implementation and adaptation of the latest developments of the industry to promote business. Members of the Union of Exhibition Contractors SRO are among exhibitors of the International promotion and advertising technologies festival ProMediaTech.

The following events will be held on the first day of the exhibition:

• Event Trends in Events Organization and Holding, organized by the National Convention Bureau will be held from 11:00 to 12:00.
• Lecture by representatives of the Union of Exhibition Contractors SRO members about the modern state of affairs in the world exhibition industry will be held from 12:00 to 12:40 (conference room, open area).
• Presentation of Expology by Nikolai Karasev at 12:30 (small conference hall).
• IV All-Russian Conference of Exhibition Build-up Industry will take place from 13:00 to 14:00. Organizers: the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs and the Union of Exhibition Contractors SRO (conference room, open area).
• Representatives of the Federal Tax Service will tell about the features of taxation for self-employed and individual entrepreneurs from 14:00 to 14:40 (conference room, open area).
• Expert discussion and wow-technologies battle Emotions Marketing. How do Emotions Help to Attract Clients? will be held at 15:00. The organizers prepared a battle of three products - three 10-minute pitches about interesting technologies that increase customer engagement, raise conversions and, at the end of the day, attract customers. Participants will hold short presentations with feedback from experts and a final audience vote for the best product.
• Session of the National Association of Event Organizers will be held from 16:30 to 17:30.
• Annual meeting of the Union of Exhibition Contractors SRO members will start at 15:30 (small conference hall).

Business, transformational, coaching and psychological games will be held within a special Zone of games of the OOOOO.EVENTS agency January 24 and 25. The events will be held by the staff of the companies BRefactor, GamEducation, Salestream Consulting, Step2Future and specialists of the International Professional Guild of Psychologists Game-practitioners.
